The automatic cleaning process of electronic boards is one of the requests we receive most often from our customers because it ensures the elimination of contaminants deriving from the production cycle, improves the adhesion of the conformal and the reliability of the board over time. Even for boards assembled with no clean products, it is proven that cleaning improves performance.
The new cleaning line allows to perform solvent clean possibly combined also with a water clean. The cleaning process of the electronic boards can also be carried out with the aid of ultrasound, if required. The line has been designed for the automatic cleaning and drying of electronic boards: the pieces to be cleaned, inserted in a special basket moved by a manipulator robot, are immersed in the cleaning, rinsing and drying tanks according to an automatic process.
