Testing costs are optimized with the flying probe

The quality of MEC flying probe tests is guaranteed by the use of SPEA machines. Thanks to the technology it is possible to perform parametric tests on the components avoiding the creation of expensive dedicated fixtures, even in the case of NPI, and test all the components with the aim of eliminating any defects. It is a very precise and accurate testing method because it allows surveys also on the sections of the electronic board that are not directly contactable. The electronic performance of the PCB is therefore controlled in detail. SPEA allows a reliable test by simultaneously combining different testing techniques. MEC is able to develop test programs internally, significantly reducing the delivery lead times of the finished boards.
